ideal central base for exploring st asaph's landmarks and parks
It was only a short walk to st asaph's cathedral and the beautiful brynbella gardens. Being a solo traveler, I appreciated the value for money in my superior room with a lovely large bath but it would have been nice to have more information about room servicing .

Lovely stay with a few hiccups
We had one night in a super comfy room that was really clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was tasty, but we did feel a bit let down by the lack of management since no one addressed our concerns about the unclean bed linen. Overall cool vibe though!

Consider bringing your own snacks, as breakfast options were quite limited, and the nearby cafes offer better variety.

The beds were super comfy and the linens felt like a hug after a long day. I loved lounging by the garden area and taking a dip in the pool. It really helped me unwind. If I'm being picky, the bath could use a non-slip mat since it can be a bit slippery when wet. 😄

Charging extra for spa access is ridiculous!!! It felt more like a caravan site clubhouse with dogs barking during meals. The reception staff's customer service was lacking, and there needs to be better reservation management!!!
